By accessing or using the Gotra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You may use Gotra to create, edit, and publish gotra heritage profiles in accordance with your chosen privacy settings. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to distribute harmful or offensive content.

3. Accounts and payment

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Refunds are handled in accordance with our payment provider's policy.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Gotra a license to store, display, and technically process it to provide the service. Gotra's platform, branding, and software remain our intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
